ENT Care for Kids is open and seeing patients – with special steps to keep you, your children and our staff safe and healthy.
Telemedicine visits. 
As a safe, convenient option to in-person visits, we're offering personalized telemedicine appointments. Please call us at 214-696-8900 to arrange a visit. Before you call, read this consent form for details about how telemedicine works.
Office visits. For regularly scheduled appointments, if you or your child is feeling at all unwell, please call us prior to coming to the office. Also, for your sake and others, all older children, teenagers and adults must wear a mask while visiting our office. Our patients, their parents and our staff will appreciate your taking these simple precautions.
Fever checks. When you arrive for an office visit, we may check your temperatures at check-in. If you or your child have a fever, we’ll reschedule your appointment.
Cleanliness. We're following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and the Texas Department of Health and taking extra precautions to keep our office clean and safe.
- Cleaning exam rooms thoroughly after every visit
- Using as many disposable items as possible
- Sterilizing non-disposable items
- Cleaning high-touch areas frequently throughout the day
Exceptions. We won't be able to see your child if anyone in your household has:
- Traveled out of the country in the past 14 days.
- Experienced COVID symptoms in the last 5 days.
- Been in contact with someone exhibiting flu-like symptoms.
In an emergency. If your child is experiencing a medical emergency – respiratory or other – please call 911 immediately.
